Complaints & Content Removal Policy

1. Purpose

This policy explains how users, rights holders, and third parties may file complaints about content on VellaChat (vellachat.com) and how Dream Türkiye reviews, removes, or restricts content that violates our policies or applicable law.

2. What You Can Report

You may use this process to report:

  • AI outputs or user content that violates our Content Policy
  • Harassment, abuse, or safety concerns involving the service
  • Unauthorized use of your likeness, name, or intellectual property
  • Billing disputes or unrecognized charges (also see Refund Policy)
  • Copyright claims (see our DMCA Policy for formal takedown notices)

3. How to File a Complaint

Email support@vellachat.com with the subject line Content Complaint or Content Removal Request. Include:

  • Your full name and contact email
  • Your VellaChat account email (if applicable)
  • Date and time of the incident
  • URL or description of the content (persona name, chat excerpt, upload)
  • Clear explanation of why the content should be reviewed or removed
  • Screenshots or supporting evidence, if available

4. Content Removal Process

Upon receiving a valid complaint, Dream Türkiye will:

  • Acknowledge receipt within 24–48 hours on business days
  • Review the reported content against our Content Policy and Terms
  • Remove, block, or restrict content where a violation is confirmed
  • Warn, suspend, or terminate accounts of repeat or severe violators
  • Notify the complainant of the outcome when appropriate

We may remove content immediately without prior notice where required for safety, legal compliance, or prevention of harm.

5. User-Generated Content

Users may create custom personas, upload images, and submit prompts. All user-generated content remains subject to moderation. Dream Türkiye may remove user content that violates policy, even if it was previously visible. See our Terms & Conditions for user responsibilities regarding uploads and custom content.

6. Appeals

If your content was removed or your account was restricted and you believe this was in error, reply to our moderation email or contact support@vellachat.com with Appeal in the subject line. Include your account email and a description of why the action should be reversed. Appeals are reviewed within 24–48 hours.
