You may cancel your VellaChat subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically refund charges already processed. After cancellation, you retain access through the end of your current billing period unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Cancel from Account Settings → Subscription inside the app, or email support@vellachat.com from the email address on your account. We will confirm cancellation within 24–48 hours.
Consumed credits and usage: Fees for credits or subscription time already consumed are non-refundable.
Pro-rated refunds within 48 hours: If you were billed in error or did not intend to purchase, contact us within 48 hours of the charge. We may issue a pro-rated refund at our discretion after reviewing account activity.
After 48 hours: Charges are generally final except where required by law or payment network rules.
Charges on your credit card or bank statement will appear as VELLACHAT. If you do not recognize a charge, contact support@vellachat.com before initiating a dispute so we can resolve it quickly.
Payments are processed by Stripe and its banking partners. Refund timing may depend on your card issuer after we approve a refund.
Please contact support@vellachat.com before filing a chargeback. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension while the dispute is investigated.
